Did Landis Cheat or is this more America Bashing?

At a time when America is not the most popular country in the world, it is only added to by Floyd Landis's post-race drug tests coming back negative. But did they, or is this more America bashing?

After 2 urine-sample tests came back positive, the Union Cycliste Internationale has posted on their website "In accordance to the Anti-doping rules, the Anti-doping Commission of the UCI will request that the USA Cycling Federation open a disciplinary procedure against the rider." The tests were done at the Anti-doping laboratory of Paris. Now, of course we all know how much the French love us, and I could never believe that a nation who surrenders their country without fighting and is known far and wide as wimps and non-American Supporters would change results of an American rider at a time when America is, let's face it, hated by many countries.

There are certain questionable actions of the organization. One such is the fact that immediately after the initial test came out, the head of the organization said that Flandis is no longer the champion. Now of course, if Flandis was from any other nation or this was any other rider, he would be given the benefit of the doubt. It would be, "Well we don't want to judge or make any decisions until we are positive that this is true". Since he's an American, first test comes back and he's guilty put a fork in him, he's done. How convenient that the test's results make way for the winning of a European rider. Not from any other continent, but Europe.

However, if France or Spain or any of them are attacked again, the first thing they'll do is look towards the US to defend them, and if we don't we'll be criticized, so we will. Same story again and again. Look, all I'm saying is, you're innocent until proven guilty. If a prosecution attorney presents two pieces of evidence in court, is the defendent automatically guilty? If Landis did do dope, he should be disciplined, however, the jury isn't even back with the verdict and the judge is pronouncing sentancing.
